The Oasis Partnership are here to help you succeed!
Our Routes to Work team offers helpful information, support and advice on moving into employment or training and education courses. We offer tailored support on an individual basis, as well as group based courses, to support you with your journey to employment.
We understand that getting into employment is difficult to navigate for various reasons, let us give you a guiding hand to create the future you deserve.
We offer in-person services in Aylesbury, Chesham and Wycombe, as well as offering online and telephone support. Just get in touch and we can go from there.
Building Futures, and supporting those who are economically inactive.
The Oasis Partnership and Adviza work in partnership to provide employability and skills support to Buckinghamshire job seekers. Specifically focussing on the #OpportunityBucks targeted areas across the County. Building Futures is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund -Funded by UK Government.

There are two parts to the offer:
- One to one support from a specialist team of project workers, to help you if you are unemployed but not claiming unemployment benefits, to help you move towards positive opportunities.
- A series of group work programmes designed to build skills, confidence and introduce opportunities in a supportive and fun environment.

We can help you – if you are struggling to decide which career pathway to follow, or if you need some support to help you decide, or you know what you want to do and need advice on how to achieve your ambition.
Sometimes the online advice available can be a bit overwhelming, confusing and may not meet your exact needs. You may just want to earn an income and need help to get a job as opposed to starting a career, or you may want to find out about training and education or getting information about starting your own business.
Either way whatever you want, we are here to help and can offer face to face support as well as online support – helping you to develop your action plan, supporting you achieve your career/employment goals.
